    Two or three classes per week is a great starting point when you\u2019re starting out. Many people mix their training up through the week with the blend of strength and stretch. We suggest mixing up the classes such as \u2013 Elevate Monday, Invigorate Wednesday, Friday Pilates. We also recommend at least one day off to recuperate, Restore Class is perfect on your off day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    If you can no longer attend a class, please consider your Studio Fitness friends and cancel your booking as soon as possible. We understand that things come up, so cancellations made up to 4 hours before the class start time wont incur a penalty.\u00a0<\/p>

    If a class is full, you can join the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. If a space becomes available, we\u2019ll send a text notifying you that you have been successfully moved into the class. You may receive a waitlist space up to 5 hours before class starts.
