Private Training is one-on-one training with a teacher to work towards your own health and fitness goals, taking into consideration any injuries or medical conditions you may be dealing with.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates Strength Conditioning session starts from the immediate fact you have the teacher\u2019s undivided attention. Where instructions, explanations of exercises are all tailored for the individual. The flow on effects and benefits are:<\/p>
