Client Policy Agreement

Welcome to Studio Fitness! I’m absolutely thrilled to have you join our vibrant studio community! Your journey toward movement and wellness—encompassing Pilates, Strength, and Conditioning—starts here, and I can’t wait to support you every step of the way.

To ensure that everyone has a fantastic experience—filled with growth, connection, and enjoyment—please take a moment to read through our policies:

1. Payment Policy

Package must be paid in full prior to class/session. No access will be granted until payment is received.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class/session. Late arrivals disrupt the class experience.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel less than 4 hours before a class/session, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
– For private sessions, cancellations made less than 4 hours will incur a fee of the full rate of the session.

4. What to Bring

Please bring the following items to each class/session:

  • Towel
  • Grip socks
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing

5. Injury and Risk Acknowledgment

Any risk of injury during class/session operated by Teacher/Coach Melissa Charlton or on the Studio property located at 23 Hardwood CRT, Buderim, is at your own risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Health Concerns Disclosure

Please outline any health concerns, injuries, pathologies, conditions, symptoms, or pregnancy-related that I need to be aware of. This information will help me tailor your experience to ensure your safety and well-being during classes/sessions. Use the back of the page.

7. Photo/Video Consent

Please inform Mel if you are uncomfortable having your photo or video taken during class/studio sessions for social media purposes.

Acknowledgment

By booking a class or purchasing a class pass, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and accept the policies outlined above. You acknowledge your responsibility to adhere to these guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for yourself and others at Studio Fitness.

Membership Details
  • All memberships, will be billed fortnightly via direct debit
  • 12-week contact – you must renew your contact every 12 weeks if you wish to continue
  • Membership can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks written notice
  • LATE class cancellation less than 4 hours before the class forfeits the class
  • No show for unattended bookings forfeits the class
  • Unused classes are forfeited
  • We have 6 per class + Mel
  • Minimum of 2 people booked to confirm class
  • Late admittance is distracting, please arrive on time for your class to flow
  • A small towel and water bottle is encouraged to bring along with your Pilates socks. (now available in studio to purchase)
