What can I expect from Studio Fitness?

Our space welcomes all students regardless of expression, disability status or any other aspect which makes them unique. We empower our clients to feel confident in their minds, bodies and movement. Providing innovative, fun and challenging classes to improve your strength, mobility, balance, coordination and overall wellbeing tailored to each individual needs.

  • Try to refrain eating anything heavy before class starts.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Please bring a water bottle.
  • You’ll likely perspire during class, please BYO towel.
  • Please bring clean socks (grip socks are recommended) We sell Move Active Grip Socks at the studio.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early before the class starts.

Please get the all clear from your doctor before attending our classes. Make the teacher aware of all injuries before the class. Listen to what your body is telling you and move accordingly.

Highly recommended to start with Pilates, Restore and Invigorate classes and always remember to practise at your own pace.

Two or three classes per week is a great starting point when you’re starting out. Many people mix their training up through the week with the blend of strength and stretch. We suggest mixing up the classes such as – Elevate Monday, Invigorate Wednesday, Friday Pilates. We also recommend at least one day off to recuperate, Restore Class is perfect on your off day.

Studio Fitness is a boutique home-based business and is located at 23 Hardwood Crt Buderim.

MIND BODY BOOKING SYSTEM. The most convenient method is to book via your mobile using the MINDBODY APP.

Alternatively, you can access MINDBODY via Studio Fitness website. Our upgraded system will streamline the booking process, making it more user-friendly and efficient. You’ll experience smoother reservations, ensuring you secure your preferred class times hassle-free.

QUICK RUN THROUGH

  1. Download the Mind Body App, once you’ve downloaded the app, go ahead and create an account. Don’t forget to find the verification email sent to you by MINDBODY and click verify before returning to the App. If you have an existing MINDBODY account, you can use this without the need to create a new profile. To ensure you have the correct App search for MINDBODY Fitness in your App store.
  2. Locate Studio Fitness on your App. Now you’re set up, you need to locate Studio Fitness from the list of businesses. From the home screen, type Studio Fitness in the search field at the top of your screen, click businesses below this is to restrict your search. You may need to allow your phone to access your location. Scroll down until you find Studio Fitness in the list.
    Click Studio Fitness and favourite by clicking the heart symbol.
  3. Booking via the APP, now that you have your online access, you can start to book your classes. Click view schedule at the bottom of your screen after clicking on Studio Fitness from your favourites list on you APP.
  4. BOOK – There are places available in this class – book away.
  5. WAITLIST – the class is currently full, so add yourself to the waitlist (your APP will notify you if a spot becomes available)
  6. CALL – either you do not have passes that allow you to book this class or both the class and waitlist is full.
  7. CLASS NUMBERS – to see how many spots are available, simply click on the class on the list, more details will appear.

Our booking system and cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has an equal and fair chance to practise.
If you can no longer attend a class, please consider your Studio Fitness friends and cancel your booking as soon as possible. We understand that things come up, so cancellations made up to 4 hours before the class start time wont incur a penalty. Booking cancellations must be made via Studio Fitness Mind Body App or website. We can’t accept phone, email, or social media cancellations.

Participants using an Intro offer or class pack who book a class and cancel less than 4 hours of class start time will forfeit their class. Participants using an Intro offer or Class Pack who book a class and fail to attend will forfeit their class.

Participants on unlimited memberships who book a class and cancel less than 4 hours before the class start time will incur a $15 late cancellation charge. Participants on unlimited memberships who book a class and fail to attend will incur a $20 no show charge.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. If a space becomes available, we’ll send a text notifying you that you have been successfully moved into the class. You may receive a waitlist space up to 5 hours before class starts. Please note our 4-hour cancellation policy applies, so it’s important to cancel if you can no longer attend and remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid the risk of penalty.

Membership cancellation can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks written notice.

You’re welcome to pause your membership at any time for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 4 weeks. Please email – mel.studiofitness@gmail.com

Unfortunately, not, these packs are heavily subsidised and designed to be used within a fixed period, they cannot be paused or extended. Only our memberships can be paused.

Membership Details
  • All memberships, will be billed fortnightly via direct debit
  • 12-week contact – you must renew your contact every 12 weeks if you wish to continue
  • Membership can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks written notice
  • LATE class cancellation less than 4 hours before the class forfeits the class
  • No show for unattended bookings forfeits the class
  • Unused classes are forfeited
  • We have 6 per class + Mel
  • Minimum of 2 people booked to confirm class
  • Late admittance is distracting, please arrive on time for your class to flow
  • A small towel and water bottle is encouraged to bring along with your Pilates socks. (now available in studio to purchase)
